You may feel stuck in a cycle of behaviour that is no longer aligned with the life you want. You may feel overwhelmed and are struggling to focus or stay present. I'd like to help. Together we can explore issues, discover your goals, and develop tools and strategies to help your daily life feel more manageable and fulfilling.
I provide support for individuals experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma and difficult life transitions. I believe that mental health and wellness requires a collaborative and holistic approach. I integrate the mind-body connection into my practice; this includes combining psychotherapy methods with mindfulness, meditation, breath and somatic work.
The wholeness practice
I'm a Registered Nurse and a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist-Q(Qualifying). I have 19 years of nursing experience providing clinical care and support to a diverse client population. I am also a certified meditation teacher. Through my clinical nursing experience and meditation practice, I have begun to appreciate the mind-body connection. I believe a more holistic approach is needed in order to achieve and maintain optimal mental health and wellness. It is with this in mind that I've developed The Wholeness Practice.
